Architect by training. Product Designer by craft. Sales by day. Builder at heart. Along the way, I studied traditional Chinese medicine - guided by one belief: everything is interconnected. Meaningful products are built the same way through harmony between user, business and technology.

Profile

Product Designer specialising in complex platforms, from logistics marketplaces to blockchain trading systems

My first interaction with design was teaching myself Photoshop at 11 to build websites and share assets online.

After that early obsession with the web, I went on to study Architecture for my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, where I lived, worked and studied across seven cities in Europe and Asia. Architecture taught me to think in systems: how structure, function, and human behaviour interact to shape physical experiences.

After graduating, I transitioned into tech and became a self-taught UX designer, joining Lalamove in Hong Kong before moving into fintech at CoinFLEX, where I led product design initiatives across trading, onboarding, and platform systems.

After a couple of intense years in the startup environment, I took time away from tech to travel and study traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai. TCM is rooted in systems thinking: understanding how different parts of a system influence one another. This perspective deepened how I think about products, people, and complex systems.

Curiosity led me to explore one more path before returning to Product: sales. I wanted to understand the commercial side of business: What do customers truly care about? How are products positioned, sold, and scaled? That curiosity brought me to Adyen, where I learned the world of enterprise payments and the realities of global financial infrastructure.

Now, I am returning to product design with a broader perspective, combining systems thinking, product craft, and commercial understanding to build digital products increasingly shaped by AI and complex systems.
